S.E.C.T.E.M. POSTER CONTEST

In this lesson students learned the importance of energy conservation and ways that students could save energy at home and school.  They also learned how art can be used as a vehicle to evoke change. Students had to create a poster that promoted energy conservation.  They also had an opportunity to enter their poster in the S.E.C.T.E.M. Poster contest

    —Students will gainunderstanding of Social Commentary art and how artworks influences culture by analyzing various artforms
